It was started as an answer to the void left when Astro Technical Services closed. Warren Design & Build is located at the same location and with the same employees. The business has served customers like: Delphi, Donaldson, Design Molded Plastics, Dillen, Tecnocap, Akron Rubber, RTI, Genie Garage Door, Laszeray and Applied Vision. The company specializes in designing and building automation for manufacturing. Warren Design & Build takes ideas and makes them reality in the manufacturing sector. We currently have 5 design engineers with over 100 years combined experience. Safeguards are essential for protecting workers from these preventable injuries. Any machine part, function, or process that may cause injury must be safeguarded. When the operation of a machine or accidental contact injure the operator or others in the vicinity, the hazards must be eliminated or controlled.” from the OSHA website.

When I was running factories, safety was always a top priority for me and for the companies I worked for.  However, implementing safety controls and guards is not always as practical for the plant manager or safety manager on location.  The intent and approval are generally there locally and from corporate.  The reality is WHO WILL DESIGN OR BUILD this safety guarding?  In most factories, engineering and maintenance departments are at full capacity just keeping the operation running.  And that means that all of this safety guarding gets put off until tomorrow.
This is where Warren Design & Build comes in.  We will come in and design and build guarding to meet your requirements.  This includes physical barriers such as fences or clear guarding.  It also includes electronic features such as emergency stop buttons, electronic sensors for shut down, dual button operational control to ensure operators hands are not near the moving parts.  All of this can be tied together and can gather critical data for your operation.  These fixes will follow ALL current safety standards.
